The heart is the center of the circulatory system and connects with all the blood vessels that carry blood in and out of the body cells. The blood carries the oxygen which is essential for the working of each and every cell in the body. Heart attack disease is a group of problems that take place in the heart and the blood vessels. There are many causes for having theheart attack disease. Some of them are atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, angina, heart attack, and stroke. Arteriosclerosis is the accumulation of body fat in the major vessels which causes blockage of blood to certain parts of the body. Sclerosis also means hardening and the artery then dies due to lack of oxygen. Atherosclerosis is the buildup of cholesterol in the major arteries leading directly to the heart which makes them narrow, thereby causing lesser blood to flow through.
