There are many solutions to a heart attack disease , and all of them need not be surgical. There is a non surgical procedure known as angioplasty. This involves the widening of the coronary arteries using a balloon. In the case of detection of a heart attack disease , one would contact the doctor on what further is to be carried out. If in the case of heavily developed symptoms, then the doctor would go in for a balloon angioplasty. This procedure involves the insertion of a balloon into the blocked artery, and dilating it so that the opening becomes larger. A plastic tube is connected from the balloon to the larger artery which helps the heart conduct blood to the rest of the body. A second tube sees that the balloon does not deflate and keeps the balloon is inflated and dilated condition. A follow up of this procedure can cause the arteries to open up permanently.
